CCDT is now offering concentration courses. Once a client completes the basic service course he or she will receive a certificate in Customer Service and Relationship Management and can choose from a variety of concentrations to include Dental Office Administration and Practice Management, and Product Sales and Business Development. 

These specialized courses will allow clients to gain first-hand knowledge specifically for the career of their choosing.
Following the completion of their concentration course, some client's may be required to complete an Externship where they are able to apply their skills, working with real clients/customers in an office setting.

Dental Office Administration and Practice Management 

Class Schedules

Clients who complete the Dental Office Administration and Practice Management Course will be equipped to successful run the front desk operations of a dental practice. 

With its heavy focus on accuracy and managing patient relationships, this concentration goes above and beyond your traditional dental administration course.

Collection Account and Credit Management 

Clients who complete the Collection Account and Credit Management Course will be able to successfully enter the Account Receivables Management industry. They will be well-versed on Federal compliance and laws including the FDCPA and TCPA regulations.
